Natalie is not quite finished, but I just wanted to share her with you. She is 28 inches tall with hinge style knees, elbows, and shoulders. I decided to use felt so she would be soft. Most of the time my dolls are painted and therefore they feel like leather. Natalie is a pixie and has long pointed ears. Also I needle-felted alittle color on her cheeks and nose. I am going to sell patterns of this doll and hope to have those available soon.

She is a lovely doll, so full of character. i have never tried to make a doll even though I have a friend who makes lovely ones. I think I must have a go. The blue fairy above is also wonderful.
